Operations Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations at our Melbourne, Florida office. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily office operations and coordinate with our India manufacturing team - Handle client inquiries, product orders, quotes, and follow-ups - Manage export/import documentation, shipping schedules, and freight coordination - Maintain CRM records, order tracking, and internal databases - Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, and trade documents - Coordinate with legal, accounting, and HR consultants for compliance - Provide regular operational reports to senior management Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 2–4 years of experience in operations or business management - Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace - Experience in international trade or manufacturing is a plus.

HR Manager

We are seeking a dedicated HR Manager to handle all human resources functions at our Melbourne, Florida office. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment — job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding - Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation - Handle payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management - Ensure compliance with Florida labor laws, FLSA, and federal employment regulations - Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks - Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance review processes - Coordinate with immigration and legal consultants for work authorization matters (OPT, H-1B, L-1, etc.) - Handle benefits administration and employee engagement initiatives - Support management with workforce planning and organizational development Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - 2–4 years of experience in HR or people management - Strong knowledge of Florida labor laws and federal employment regulations (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO) - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HRIS systems - Experience handling visa/work authorization documentation is a plus - SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred but not required
